I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the beautiful region of Ramsau. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with breathtaking views of Schladming. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a really comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. And the breakfast! Oh, the breakfast was simply divine. With a great selection of food and the option of extra treats like cocoa or omelete, it was the perfect way to start the day.

The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, as it was only available in certain areas of the building.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. This hotel is perfect for a ski holiday as it's situated near Schladming and Flachau slopes. We didn't have trouble parking and transportation was easy to arrange. The hotel facilities were impressive and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

The internet connectivity was extremely poor which made us feel disconnected from the outside world. the room was quite congested, without ample seating arrangements, making it tough for us to relax.

The view from our room was spectacular, and the breakfast was nothing short of fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the generous portions and the fresh, high-quality ingredients used. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and we appreciated the convenience of being close to the town center.

While the leaflets were informative, we felt that the staff could have been more forthcoming with information about the local area and events. the cleaning could have been more thorough as we noticed a lingering odor in the bathroom.
